I made my first purchase with Robert Lance Jewelers today and the customer service I received was by far the BEST I have ever had. Erin was excellent at answering all my questions, understanding my sensitive situation and providing great input that ultimately helped me make a decision about my purchase. A very close friend highly recommended Robert Lance. I, too, will recommend you and your wonderful team. P.S. Erin even provided an empty gift wrapped box with a picture of the item, as my purchase will not be ready to present. Seriously, give that girl a raise!!

This place is incredible. I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring here. The staff is so incredible. They take time to get to know you and build a relationship. You are not just a sale to them, you are family!
