I have been in here twice now. Once for a friend getting his watch repaired and just now trying to get mine repaired. For my buddy's watch he said he could replace the crystal and would do a cleaning. Said the price would depend on the cost of the crystal and the would throw in a free cleaning. He couldn't locate the right crystal so he just did the cleaning and charged my buddy $70. That seems a little steep for a standard cleaning especially when he originally quoted it as a free upsell. Today, I took my watch in and the guy was a little bit of a smart ass and condescending. I told him I had looked online and it would be about $70 to have the repair I wanted done but it was going to take 6 weeks and I didn't want to wait that long. He handed the watch back to me and said I don't even get out of bed for $70. I was a little taken back by his tone but thought maybe he thought I was trying to lowball him. I told him I understand that was the point that's why I was here to get it fixed in a more timely manner and I don't really care that it's going to cost more. He looked at the watch and determined he couldn't fix it because the mechanism wasn't available to the general public and I had to send it in. He did take the watch off of the band for me and didn't charge me but on my way out he gave me a " best of luck to you" in a condescending tone. I think I would rather put my money in a blender then give it to this guy. Customer service and attitude is everything to me especially you small custom shops like this. He literally acted like he was too good for my business. I won't be back.

I had a great experience at this retailer. I went to get my watch strap fixed and the job was done with just a few minutes while I was waiting at the store. They do quality work and I would recommend this company to future friends and colleagues.

Candice and Robert took lots of time explaining my options for repairing my wedding ring. They quoted me repair prices from $50 to $250 based on whether I just wanted to secure the stone, or make it back to original. I had gone to another Pearland jeweler who quoted me $940 for the same work. Very good customer service! Impeccable service.
