Dale is an extremely skilled skilled educated senior Jeweler. He is excellent with his customer service and always takes the time to educate me on whatever purchase I want to make at the store. I appreciate it and enjoyed all my years as a customer at this store and Dale is the reason I keep coming back :-)

Stopped in here with some silver and gold found at a decent price at an estate sale. The clerk that 'Tried" to help me had to excuse himself several times to go confer with another associate. Upon return he said he was mistaken on the 'Possible" value of my items...Twice...That was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. The reason for 2 Stars is the Location, and Cleanliness of the store ONLY. Try elsewhere before this spot..

Just thought I'd remark on how great the service and attention was that I received as soon as I walked in the doors. I would absolutely come back and I recommend them to anyone seeking professional care and stellar customer service

Never sell your goods here!!! They pay you 1/2 of it's value. You can find better shops all over the places. I sold my stuff to Dallas gold and royal gold instead.
