I have very poor experience as well. I gave a stone in October and asked if they can prepare a ring? They agreed and assured within 2/3 weeks will get it. But after that whenever I called and asked the status after 3rd week, they kept on telling it is prepared and in transit and keep on telling the same until December. Then in December since it was already 2 months instead of 2/3 weeks I visited the shop and they told me they were yet to receive the ring. I asked them if they have sent my stone in India and making from there? They said no. After struggling for ring for two months me and my husband clearly told them enough of waiting. Hence we will give them another week. And next week either return the stone or give us the ring. Next week Thursday again my husband called them and the lady said that her husband Mr. Zaveri is in factory as the ring is getting prepared. Hence it is proved they were simply lieing to us for two months. And the next day we went to collect the ring and found it was very very bad. The stone was neither engraved on the ring nor the stone was placed properly on the ring. They just put 4 small hooks on the ring to hold the stone and the alignment also is not good. Therefore they not only lie to customer but also they don't value customer satisfaction and try to hold customer by saying big words when customers first visit them . I will never ever go since I have very bad experience.

The shop is owned by a husband and wife zaveri. I went in to see if they had any gold karas in my size they didn't have it so the husband told me that they can order a pair or single Kara for me in my hand size he showed my pictures he told me that it'll take two weeks for it to come here so I waited after two weeks I was in the area to go and check on them they would show me pics when I came in but didn't care to call me to show me pics of the karas in my hand size a lot of talk and I'll do this and I'll do that but nothing happen just words or talk but no action he showed me a Kara that was in Dubai and told me that he'll order it for me and that if I didn't like it he woulndt feel bad I didn't have to buy it he'll just lose money for it so I agreed to see the Kara in my hand size I told him when is it gonna come he told me give five days after five days no telephone or nothing then I got the feeling in my heart that they just didn't want to help me but just play with me. Zaveri people don't find there money on the street or under a rock. We care about our money and how it's spent. If they can't help there customer with s simple task then they shouldn't say it. I don't recommend this jewelry store to anyone. Very bad and poor service from both husband and wife they just try to fool you and make you confused by there words. I sold my gold to them and they didn't care to see who this gold belonged to it could have been anyone's gold yours or mine they didn't care to see papers or I'd for this gold. He just looked through a small eye microscope to see if it was real. No questions or even asked if it was my gold.

The best costumer service!! Today in search for a gold nose ring I went to this jeweler. I had just recently gotten my nose pierced the day before and the nose ring I had was titanium, it looked very bad and I wanted to change it out for gold so it would heal nicely. The owner of the store was so nice, he helped me to take out the ring I had-gave me rubbing alcohol to sterilize was so understand with my daughter, niece and nephew and even offered them candy and some water as we were leaving. He was so kind and I hope you visit this store. In addition, there selection was great! They had everything from beautiful traditional Mangalsutras to beautiful wedding, engagement and anniversary rings both with western influences and also indian influences, beautiful nose rings and studs, bangles, earrings and much much more. I will defiantly visit this store again and would recommend it to a friend!
