Bought a Seiko watch here a couple of years ago. When the battery died, I went in this week to get it replaced. $16 for a three-minute battery replacement that I could've probably bought at the store for three bucks. Since I bought the watch there, I expected they'd just charge for the battery. If that's the level of service-after-the-sale they provide, I'll spend my money on future purchases elsewhere.

I took my diamond wedding band in to have the main diamond tightened. I took it on Monday, got it back on Thursday. I live in Dallas, when I have ever taken a piece in to my local Helzberg, it is gone for at least 1 week. But, usually 2. Sometimes as long as 6 weeks. I was very happy with the turn around at this store in San Marcos. The people there have always been very nice and easy to work with. I also took my granddaughters ring in to be sized. It was ready the next day. Awesome!!!

No greeting coming in the door even after we made eye contact with people behind the counter set the tone for our few minutes in the store. Was not impressed with their inventory.
