Different prices every time I have work done. Took my ring to different jeweler because they said they couldn't fix it and found out they had lied to me about fixing it the last time. So dishonest and unhelpful.

My wife and I came in here to drop off her ring to be resoldered, again, and we were treated like were we stupid and were told that everything we were asking couldn't be done. Having bought the life time care package we fully know what can and can't be done with the ring. Go to another store if you want something from a Fred Meyer Jewelers.

Classic bait and switch. They quoted me a price, then a few minutes later when I went to pay, they tried to charge me $2,000+ extra! They then denied ever offering the lower price to both me and my wife.

Jess and AJ were the ones to help us, and they REALLY made a good impression on us. We were there a little after 9 PM but they made us feel like we didn't need to rush and they just made our experience extremely comfortable and non-stressful!

Super nice people and they had a great selection. Great care plan for the rings. I saw a lot of things and they all are of great quality, a lot of them look the same in that it's all the new trending styles, which is good and could be bad. But they can do most anything for you.
