Don't Pierce your ears here! They use piercing guns which splatter blood and plasma all over the place (the droplets are so small you cannot see them so there are absolutely no guarantee this booth is clean), completely unhygienic and using blunt force you are bound to be scarred. Go to an actual professional piercer like Koi or some other piercing place to get it done professionally and with the cleanest equipment.

Marisol was our jewelry consultant and was extremely patient and professional- I was taking my friend to get her ears pierced for the first time and would recommend her to anyone. Additionally, the piercing job was gorgeous.

Came here to get my 3 month old daughter's ears pierced. I also had my two year old with me and the lady, who said she was the manager, proceeded to spend over half an hour trying to get me to "take advantage" of an earring special they were running. And this was after she told me she couldn't do the piercings because she was "too busy", but we were the only ones there. I kept tellling her no and she ignored me and kept pestering me to pick out earrings for me, my 2 year old, and my 3 month old. Meanwhile, my 3 month old was crying and needing to be fed, and my 2 year old was trying to run off because she got bored just standing there. I told the lady multiple times that we just needed to get the piercings done for my baby so we could go. She said "it's okay, just wait and let me show you this amazing deal" even though I told her we didn't want it. The fact I had a screaming baby (even before getting the piercings done) didn't phase her from wasting my time. Finally after an hour, we got my 3 month old daughter's ears pierced. One of the earrings kept falling off. The backing was too large, so it didn't stay put. But I've tried calling their phone number multiple times and the line just goes dead. Please don't waste your time and go here. The manager is very rude and they are not kid-friendly at all.

I had my daughter's ears pierced there when. She was 3 months and it went great! One of the things I liked about it too is that they garaunteed earring replacement if the kid lost one as long as I could bring in at least 50% of the earring (back or stud). When she lost her first earring I was able to find 50% of it so I bought an entirely new pair knowing that if those were lost I had that garauntee.....NOPE! Even though two separate places told the same information when it came time for me to use the garauntee they said there was no such thing. Their customer service sucks! So, I would highly recommend going somewhere where they honor their word.
