Wow this place has really gone downhill since I was a kid. I remember it used to only be the cost of earring studs to get your ears pierced. Now they require you to buy a $38 bottle of ear care solution & the studs which start at about $30. Isn't it common sense that you could just use peroxide which is sold for about $0.99 a bottle? When I can buy my own ear piercing gun and a pack of 72 piercing studs for $8 total. What do you think I'm going to do?

when I came into this Clair's there was a red hair lady working at the time she seemed very nice at the beginning when I asked her about their piercings . After walking around with my 3 year old daughter, my daughter decided to start putting on a bunch of bracelets I kept saying out loud to my daughter that she isn't getting them and that she has to put them back once it was time to leave . So I ended up buying her a necklace and after that I was having a difficult time with my 3 year old to put the bracelets back she started running towards the door and the lady says to me " make sure you take that bracelet off before she leaves " I was thinking wow !!!! Obviously that's what I'm trying to do here . Anyways I finally got a hold of my daughter and forced the bracelet off of her . I was a little bit frustrated with my daughter so I didn't put the bracelet back in the right spot because I just wanted to get out of there at this point ! I finally walked out of the store and the lady came out and says to me where is the bracelet ? I responded and say over there I pointed right at it . She then responded and says I can't see it where did you put it !?!? So I had to turn around go back into the store and show her. How ridiculous! I was going to come back next week and get my daughters ears pierced but definitely not going back there after being treated like that .
