The employees are awesome and care to know your name and help you. I think for the quality of the items, the prices are very good. I bought amazing necklaces there!

I'd give this store no stars, but it requires at least one. The products are nice, but overpriced. My friend and I were the only people in the store and the only employee there was on the phone with a friend. She didnt even acknowledge us. We were waiting for a fitting room for what felt like ages but she didn't even look at us, or talk to us, or anything. She just kept talking on her phone about some sort of gossip. I'm not coming here again, that's for sure.

The girls that work here are fabulous. They are so sweet and know what they're doing. They have enough people staffed to take the time to talk to you & help you find what you are looking for. They have GREAT customer service! I go into Francesca's all the time and am never disappointed. They always have great deals. The only complaint I've ever heard from friends is about their pricing. I personally think their pricing is spot on, but regardless, they have SO many sales and promotions it's great. Plus-- you get what you pay for. You might pay a few bucks more for Francescas than you would at Forever 21, but your clothes will last longer, are made better, and are WORTH it!

The employees are great!! Great products but the manager is a terrible individual. Never had a good experience with her and she treats her employees like garbage. Honestly it's like she doesn't care about them at all. I have never seen such terrible management in my entire life. Seriously somethings got to change. Be nice.
