What an amazing store! Really! Clair's ya better watch out. This store has every kind of fun costume jewelry. I had no idea what I was interested in. Talk about selection! The employees are so helpful! I am the newest customer in Orem! I will tell all of my friends about this place! I will be back!!!!! ❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️

I came in with quite a dilemma and walked out with a huge grin. Brett was an absolute gem - he was sympathetic to my plight and called around to other stores to help me reserve the item that I needed. The world needs more Bretts.

this was an awful experience. I order 3 shirts on line i did not like any of them very cheap looking. I had not purchased from charlie charles for a long time and i will not again.. When i took them into the store in university mall in orem, not one of the sales people knew how to return. i called the customer services and they were told they did not help with these issues.. I was more than angry i had taken my lunch break to return these so i could get my daughter a present for her birthday i needed the money back on my card today. No help i called the customer service number not help. I called the orem store back and the "art of service recovered" does not happen at this store they hang up on me twice thanks Annette. I am now waiting for a call from the corporate office. wow they will take your money but do not expect to get it back!!!! i took in all the receipts for return still nothing

I follow this company on Instagram and they posted a thing about $10 off your purchase if you showed the cashier the post. So I went in and when I got to the cashier, I told her about the post, she rolled her eyes. I showed her the post and she huffed and said, "No barcode so I'm not giving this to you. Your total is $$" So I brought up the fact that it said I just needed to show the post and she literally glared at me. So I said, "Okay, I just won't get this then." And left. My friend also had a bad experience. She was waiting for a fitting room and multiple employees ignored her. She finally went to an employee who wasn't with a customer and asked for a room. The employee didn't say a word to her and opened a door. My friend then thanked her and the employee glared at her and slammed the door! My friend ended up leaving empty handed as well. I know it's the holidays and it's super busy, but seriously! Can't we show people some kindness and patience? This was my first experience trying to shop there and I'm not so sure I'll be back. I wouldn't go to this store if I were you!
