We found my wife's engagement ring here and are very pleased. Not only was it a beautiful piece of jewelry, but the experience was excellent too. The guy running the shop was friendly and not pushy. And once we picked something, he was extremely accommodating in finding the right diamond to fit as the center stone. It was a surprisingly fast turn around too. We are very happy and would highly recommend.

Ian, Danny's son, is INCREDIBLE!!! I just moved to SLC from Maryland where I'm used to overpaying and waiting weeks for pretty basic jewelry repair/alterations. I dropped off a broken gold necklace (chain detached from diamond) and broken emerald gold earrings on a Tuesday at 2 pm and he told me they'd be ready for pick up that Friday. I thought at the time that was amazing, but then he texted me at 4 pm THAT DAY and said everything was ready! The jewelry was perfectly repaired and sparkled like new! Such attention to detail and at an unbelievable price. I won't be looking any further for a jewelry repair expert in SLC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed some help identifying if a ring I purchased was true Turquoise. I know its hard on Jewelers/Businesses to get customers who take up time but are not going to purchase anything. This guy was helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I will be back to purchase in the future!!!

I normally don't leave reviews but our experience with this place was exceptional. We found them online and decided to go with them based on the reviews. We dropped off my 2.5 year old wedding ring that just needed a small stone replaced that had fallen out. Ian gave us a turn around time of 4 weeks but said he'd try to get it done before an upcoming vacation for me. It was done a week later. It looks absolutely flawless and better than brand new. He tuned up and tightened all the prongs and buffed out all the scratches and it looks fantastic! I am very pleased and can't wait to wear my new ring! I will be dropping off my band for a tune up as well. Great service, great price! Thank you Ian!

I live in the neighborhood and the owner or an employee (I assume the owner as it was well before the store opened), is extremely rude. The store is located on a corner by a bus stop, and appropriately there is public bike parking in front. This is the closest bus stop for me to commute to work, as the walk is a bit long and I have missed the bus, I bike, park my bike for the day and catch the bus, picking up the bike to ride back home. The owner/employee was extremely rude as he confronted me about my bike. It is parked at a public bike rack (near a bus stop), and is no way impeding a sidewalk or entrance. It is also never used other than my bike during work hours. He treated me like a child, and acted as if it was incredibly offensive for me to park my bike in designated bike parking. As a new homeowner in the neighborhood, his actions have guaranteed that I won't be using his service (I have some pieces that need repaired that I had planned on bringing in). Being a good neighborhood shop owner means being a good neighbor, and he demonstrated to me that he is not.
