I'm 15 and usually spend quite a bit of money on watches. ($100-$600 range) I have walked into mid-level stores like, Fred Meyer Jewelers or Kay where the salesperson akwardly asks my budget obviously hinting that they want me to leave. I walked in to the Rolex store expecting the same thing to happen, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was welcomed as I walked in, and the lady behind the counter asked me what watch I was wearing and how long I have been collecting. She even let me try on a $48,000 Yacht Master II. I of course couldn't afford any watches in the store, but I was treated like a serious customer. I would definitely come again, 5 Stars.

I have always wondered why the Rolex watch brand commands so much respect and recognition. So I dropped in to find out. I was treated very well by a welcoming and friendly sales associate who gave me a "tour" of the product line and explained to me just how special they are. The watches are beautiful and iconic. The design and engineering behind these watches is amazing. Now I really want one, maybe two 😊.

A 5-Star Rolex Boutique. Daron the manager is fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and someone who truly believes in the product he is representing. I purchased two Rolexes at O.C. Tanners and couldn't be more happy with the way I was treated. Thank you!

Went into the store to buy a watch. I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. The employee didn't even say hello or acknowledge that I was there. I walked out and will never spend my money there. I guess he didn't want my business.

I wasn't going in their store to buy anything since I'm not inclined to have the funds for one of those hand crafted watches. I did talk to one of the salemen to learn some of the history behind Rolex and they were too happy to help. They are worth a visit.
