Professional and knowledgeable staff are all extremely eager to help. It was my first time looking at rings and loose diamonds and they were more than happy to explain everything from the basics on up. I shopped around at a few other places and Wilsonâ€™s readily beat their prices and delivered a stunning custom engagement ring for me. Donâ€™t buy until you stop by Wilsonâ€™s first! Also definitely spend a minute to chat with Lisa before you head out sheâ€™s always a pleasure to visit with!

Best experience out of all the other Jewelers when we were searching for the right rings. (And we searched everywhere in Provo and Orem) Very good customer service. They offer great value with cleanings and resizing. That wasn't the only thing. My wife found two out of three of her favorite rings here. Plus they give a heavily discounted wedding band for the groom. Google says the most trusted review rating is 4.7 so I hesitate to give a 5 because I believe Wilson's is the most reputable jeweler that I've ever come across and they deserve to be trusted. They educate you on quality and give examples with their own diamonds. They respect budget constraints and still try and give you the best ring possible. A few years after we bought our rings one of the small diamonds fell out and we took it to them to get it replaced expecting to pay for the service and they replaced it for free. My wife and I live in Canada and I am planning on returning to Provo to get a ten year engagement ring for her. Worth the trip.

We came up from Cache Valley to get a ring here. They had a bigger, more modern selection that made it super quick to find what she wanted while staying within a reasonable budget. They have a very friendly staff and an atmosphere void of sales pressure, making an already overwhelming experience more reassuring. I was recommended this place by a friend and will recommend it to others in the future. Worth the drive.

Picking out our ring here was a wonderful experience! The staff is amazing and their designs are lovely. We actually had a really bad experience that brought me to tears in another store with another company and they made us feel terrible for even having a budget and not wanting to get a big diamond right away. After that, a friend said you have to try Wilson Diamonds. We were so impressed with their knowledge and kindness and they gladly answered all our questions. My ring is gorgeous, my husband's band is perfect and we always get so many compliments on our rings. I truly have the ring of my dreams!

My fiancÃ© and I went into Wilson Diamonds to check his ring size and get my ring cleaned. There was the sweetest lady who helped us with the whole thing. We chatted with her while she was cleaning my ring and even gave us the most delicious cookies. She was so kind and helpful, and made us feel great! Best service Iâ€™ve seen in a while! Would definitely recommend every time!
