Eric is extremely helpful and manages to juggle a lot: from sourcing inventory for the jewelry shop, to his musical instrument and antiques business. Despite being so busy, he always gives everyone his time. Helpful and gives great advice. Forbes is also very generous: gives me good tipoffs on jewelry styles and authenticates stones and metals for me. Get a watch battery change, jewelry cleaning, or repair/sizing here: they give the best price.

I was really disappointed in our trip to Goodfellows. I brought in an estate ring to have a missing diamond replaced, and have it cleaned up and sized. I was told it would take 2 weeks max. (Being my new engagement ring, I was really looking forward to wearing it). After two weeks they hadn’t started it. Over a month after dropping it off we went in and the jeweler happened to be buffing it (just finished). The sizing was great, but I’m sad to say that the stone they used was absolutely subpar. It’s very dark in comparison with the others and at no point did I set a budget, so I would’ve hoped it would match the others. Now I will have to take it to another jeweler to have that stone replaced because it is very noticeable and frankly quite disappointing to look at. If you are on a schedule or looking for a quality repair, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I have been waiting for wedding rings for 3 weeks. I have called a dozen times, and have not received answers. Never coming back here again, the service is atrocious.

Refused to resize my wife’s ring and didn’t even suggest another jeweler who could do it...useless business. We ended going to After Midnight and they did it no problem.

Jewlers are great and make the experience a good one every time. Always know what direction to point you.
