The guy in there was very disrespectful and rude and called my girlfriend a liar. We went to have the ring resized and get a prong fixed that was bent when we got it and that is when the called us liars. That store needs to be shut down. We went to the one in Bristol and they were more than happy to help us and so friendly and the kays in Christiansburg I give a negative 10 stars and the one in Bristol I would give them a hundred stars

Horrible customer service, the sales associates are friendly but the manager is rude and hateful. Purchased extended warranty and was told we would have to pay to have a bracelet resized (at the time of purchase were told the warranty would cover resizing) Wore the bracelet three days and a diamond fell out,returned the bracelet they sent it off for three weeks to have the diamond replaced picked it up and the diamond was STILL missing!!! I would go to a flea market and buy jewelry before I go back to Kay’s If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would!!

Went to pick up my ring there tonight that had been bought and sent off to be sized!!! The lady waiting on me was rude!!! There was no thank you or happy holidays!!! She was hateful and rude
