Wes was my repair rep and he was super great at helping me out! He let me know my options about my necklace and even showed me what they would be doing. When I got it back it was shiny-new and looked beautiful. He cleaned up the gold and fixed what was broken while staying in my price range! Def would recommend.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. I grew up in Augusta County and have moved to Fairfax. I still drive back to CWJ. They have the BEST customer service, ever. They are better than Tiffany’s. They have made me many custom diamond pieces. Mike, the jeweler is amazing. Everything comes out perfect. They have the best prices and will work with you on any item! They often run sales and promotions that are fun. They have sales associates that I can usually guess will be there for the many times I come to visit. I particular love Kelly J, she has been a life saver. She has helped me design many items and found the best prices! My engagement ring just got reset with a new setting and I love it! I would never go anywhere else to have anything done. It’s worth the drive from Fairfax.

I really like Christopher Williams because they have it all under one roof. And I’m not just talking about their selection of Jewelry, which is huge. These guys are true professionals…they know what they are talking about. When I looked at other stores I had 18 year old sales clerks who probably had 15 minutes of training on how to sell a ring trying to do the high pressure sell. It was totally different at Christopher Williams. I actually went with my fiancée and they treated her so well. They were completely sensitive to her, noticing what she was looking at and basically helping her find what she loved, and they were also cool with me, noticing my reaction to costs and steering her to stuff that I was comfortable paying for…I really appreciated that. They took the time to explain everything. They even went over the history of the diamond to make sure it was not a blood diamond or a conflict diamond. So I ended up getting exactly what I could afford and what my fiancée wanted. Christopher William’s is so so so worth the visit. If you are going to make the big decision to buy and engagement ring, please don’t buy one until you’ve been to Christopher Williams Jewelers.

I recently got engaged and as most guys having to try to find an engagement ring I went all over. Since I travel a lot I was in DC and Richmond looking at all the jewelers there, from big stores, to the very high end stores to the small locally owned stores. I have to say that I was completely amazed at how much better Christopher Williams Jewelers is than all their competition…the other stores weren’t even in the same league. Not only are their prices great, but they have a much better selection of really nice rings and jewelry, and their service is amazing. I’ve traveled all over the world on business and during down time I’ll wonder around shops and sometimes go into jewelry stores…in fact I was in Paris last week and went into Cartier on the Champs-Elysees, and I have to tell you that Christopher William blew them out of the water. Same with Tiffany’s…I’ve been there in Chicago and Atlanta and Christopher Williams was just so far ahead of these guys in service and in quality of stones. Yeah, you could pay a fortune at one of these “designer” stores, but really why? So all you guys out there…do your self a favor, get in your car, go for a drive (which is beautiful and relaxing), go to Christopher Williams, they’ve got a huge selection so you’ll absolutely find what you want, enjoy being treated well, get the ring and spend your energy and the money you’ve saved on coming up with a cool way to propose!

My fiance proposed to me Wednesday while on vacation. As I was putting away our laundry, I bumped my ring and the stone fell out! I hadn't had the ring a week yet! I called every store in the Harrisonburg area and no one had an on-site jeweler. I called Christopher Williams and even though they were super busy, they got me in and reset my ring right away! Total life savers! I hadn't even shown my mom or friends the ring yet! A beautiful store with tons of options. Christopher himself came out and met me! What a nice man! I can't wait to go back to buy my fiance a Tungstun wedding band. They are gorgeous and indestructible.
