The service is excellent. They always check and clean my jewelry when I go in the store. They stand behind their products and have replaced or repaired the few products I have had a problem with. The far majority of my jewelry has had no problem at all. I have necklaces, watches, rings, earrings, and bracelets.

They have poor service and have employees there that have assault charges. I do not recommend them.

Poor customer service. I was looking for a cross for my boyfriend for Christmas and they told me they could have it made in December. I went back several times to find out when it would be ready. I had to go in because every time I would call no one would call me back. The last time I went back was April 3rd and they said it would be another 4-6 weeks. No one ever called me. Today May 29, I went in and told them that I was not interested in doing business with them anymore. I would not recommend this store to anyone I know.
