I must say Gail and the rest of the staff at Keller and George go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Every time you open the door, you are always greeted with a smile by someone on staff. When it comes to buying Jewelry I get very indecisive about what I want for my now wife, myself and family. I want like anyone else to ensure the quality of the pieces are exceptional! Gail recently assisted me with ordering a custom engagement ring and custom wedding bands. I also worked closely with Gail and the jeweler to custom make a one of a kind pendant surrounded in diamonds out of a gem stone my wife and I had purchased on previous travels. I gave the pendant as a wedding gift to my wife on our wedding day. I gave them a budget to work with and they were able to keep it in my range with no problems. Words cannot explain how incredible it turned out, especially since it wasn't an average cut stone, I might have almost shed a tear after seeing it too. During the entire process of purchasing our wedding jewelry Gail kept in constant communication via email and phone to update me on the status of all of our orders. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! As you can see from above, if you want to be taken care of and things done exceptionally right the first time go to Keller and George. I absolutely love Keller & George Jewelers and of course Liz. My mom introduced me to the store several years ago and since have returned to buy pieces of jewelry. We are treated like family and the customer service we receive is exceptional. The pieces (4 rings so far) we have purchased are first rate and everyone is very knowledgeable. I also really like the fact it is a local and not a chain jewelry store. Liz, can't wait to see you soon!

My favorite, go-to jeweler! I live in NYC but am loyal to Keller & George and look forward to visiting when I get to Charlottesville. Linda has been helping my family and me find jewelry for all occasions from engagements to weddings to birthdays. She is always patient with our questions and helps us find just the right item - all of which are stunning. I even love just swinging by for a jewelry cleaning and grabbing a cup of coffee in the store while chatting with Linda and the friendly staff. Very much recommend this jeweler for all their services and gorgeous items!

My husband and I have been customers at Schwarzschild Keller & George for over 3 years now. During this time, Gail has worked with us to secure our wedding bands, beautiful custom made pendants, and has assisted with special order items. Everything that has been purchased or made from Keller and George is of exceptional quality. None of the items we have purchased have had to go in for repairs. Due to the dedicated staff, knowledge of their products, quality, and the customer service Gail and her colleagues provide us, we will continue to shop there for many years to come.
