Andrew Minton is hands down one of the best customer service I have experienced. Both Andrew and Brian are phenomenal! They educated and helped me when I was first pursuing an engagement ring. My fiancee was more than impressed with the ring we selected through Brian's expertise. They are excellent when it comes to scheduling adjustments and cleanings as well as purchasing new stones. We have gone back multiple times to get myself a personal everyday wear ring and for both my and fiancee's wedding rings. We originally picked a consignment ring and wanted a duplicate band. They were able to make an identical match. Been a customer for three years now and will continue to do business with them!

Having done business with Andrew Minton Jewelers for over 30 years, beginning with the purchase of our wedding bands in 1987, there are too many wonderful experiences to share. We highly recommended them to our now son-in-law, who traveled from another state to make Andrew Minton Jewelers a family tradition crossing generations. Our daughter was thrilled, and they chose wedding bands here as well. We purchased a ring for our 16-year-old daughter at Christmas time with a smaller budget in mind. They not only had the perfect combination of quality and style, it was also affordable. The follow up service is exemplary, making each customer feel like a member of the Minton family. Over the years we have purchased rings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, earrings and men’s jewelry with only the ultimate level of satisfaction. Andy and his team are not only extremely professional, but are also down to earth and friendly as can be. I walked in with a budget in mind for an engagement ring without knowing much about how it all worked. Andy grabbed a sheet of paper and sat down with us one-on-one for 45 minutes giving us the basics on how engagement rings work along with different cuts, colors, clarity, etc. Not to mention he kept to my budget exactly and the final product was stunning - she was blown away. As was I, with the amazing service from Andrew Minton Jewelers! If you’re looking for a down to earth, family owned jewelry store, then look no further than these guys! We’ll be referring them to everyone in the area from now on!

I've known Andy and his staff for years, and every time I walk in its like greeting old friends. They were so excited when I shared the news that I would be proposing soon and spent an incredible amount of time with me picking out the right diamond and design of the engagement ring, as well as my wife's wedding band. They have always given me prices that were beyond reasonable and always were mindful of my budget while shopping. Not to mention they always leave my wife smiling and happy whenever she needs work done to her rings and they take care of it without any fuss.

I have mixed feelings about working with Andrew Minton. We special ordered my wedding band to have diamonds go most of the way around, when the band arrived, the diamonds were only half way around. There was not enough time to reorder, so we had to get married with the wrong band and then order the real band after our wedding. My husband then ordered another ring to match my wedding band and it came in a week later and the band base was wrong. They shipped it back to be fixed. They said it would take 7-10 days to be fixed. It has now been over 2 weeks and the ring is still not in. We also had very little communication from them while waiting. Once we get the product, we love it, but their seems to be a lot of mistakes and waiting.
