Last week I was at Patrick Henry Mall and I was greeted my the wonderful Bobby McGhee. He is such a great individual and although I did not go into the store looking for engagement rings, somehow I wound up trying on a number of beautiful rings with my man right by my side...side-eye. I sincerely value great service and when I want to make my next fine jewelry purchase, I will make sure that Bobby is working.

I visited the Patrick Henry location today and was greeted by the lovely Bobby McGhee. He was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I always recommend him to my friends with jeweler needs. I left with a beautiful cross bracelet purchase and a guarantee to come back for more! Thanks again Bobby for your time and help.

My time at this store was great, Bobby the sales person was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the watch that I got. Also we will be coming back to see Bobby to get a ring for my wife for our anniversary. Bobby was so kind and helpful and I think he knows the jewelry business.

RIPPED OFF had a watch fully restored. Damage still on watch. Purchased a watch and sent a different brand of watch I did not agree on.I want the watch in my contract. Employees offered to give me 50% off another watch. Why can't I have the watch I paid for. You sales rep told me when I made my last payment in Jan I could pay it off it Feb but no you ship another watch instead to my old house because you said it ended in Jan and y'all say you called and spoke to me. You then told me you won't honer your own reps words. I will never shop here again. All I wanted to do is pay off the 86 dollars that your rep told me I owed but instead y'all decided to charge me 157 dollars and treat me like I'm an idiot in your store. Thank you for that embarrassment in your store that your manager Tim did. Tim was extremely rude and disrespectful.

This is going to be something different I want to do a review on a customer and not a reeds employee just recently Reeds has lost a great and beautiful woman that was a customer of reeds and Patrick Henry Mall her name was Doreen Pegram she passed away on March 13th she was a faithful and loyal friend of mine and she was married to Simon program they had been a faithful and loyal customer and friend of mine since about 2014 they followed me from when I used to work at another jewelry store and came to me and Reeds and they have been faithful to me they are such a great and wonderful couple I am saddened to the thought that the rain has passed and that I will see her again I just want everyone to know and Reeds that we have lost a true and beautiful person that used to shop in our store I do hope and I wish the family all the best in this trying time this is a sad moment it's even sadder for me that I will not see Doreen again in my store in Patrick Henry again but I just wanted to share this with all of my Reeds family and to let them know that customers are valued and many different ways just not as customers they are family as well and some become even more than family you learn to cherish the people that you help and love during the heavens are opening their doors for you and I hope you have a wonderful life in heaven peace to you my beautiful lady. Always you're a good friend Bobby a Reeds Jewelers 107
