I don’t even know where to start. K jewelers overall is though pretty good store and I have purchased quite a few different things from them but just this location is giving me such a hard time. I went here in The beginning of November to get two things repaired under my warranty and one thing came back about a month later and it’s still not completely fixed. The second thing I sent out the same day under warranty still have not returned back to me and it’s February 4. The store sent it to the wrong address the first time then I had to wait to get it returned them to send it to the right person and now I find out that they can’t fix it just because they don’t make it anymore but they still sell it on the website. So decided to give me a gift card in return instead of fixing what I sent out. Months later still haven’t received anything. Icall almost every day to check up and to touch base with the whole situation in a store manager seems to never be in the store to answer my questions or give me an answer, So they always tell me they will leave her a message and she’ll call me back but yeah I still never Got a call back. As you can see I think I’m a pretty patient person to wait three months for a gift card but at this point my patients are running really low. I will never be coming back to this location or K jewelers ever again, they just leave a sour taste in my mouth.

Bought a necklace for my wife and they had me in and out quick and wrapped it so nice. such a friendly and professional team. Will definately be coming back for christmas .

I have had the absolute worst customer service in my life at this Kay Jewelers location. I purchased two wedding bands on 11/24/17 and was able to leave with my band. My husband had to wait and order a ring in his size. We were told we would receive a call in 15 days. It has now been 24 days and I have yet to receive a call. I have been calling and getting no answer. I call today, and finally get someone to pick-up, just to be told that they are busy with customers in the store and will call me back. I have already purchased the ring, yet I'm unable to receive service due to their volume of customers entering the store. I will never use this location again. She also stated that she is new and doesn't know how to find/track the order. GREAT!

I have shopped at Kay's at Short Pump several times. The employees have always treated me with respect, they have also gone above what I feel is expected when I have asked questions or had concerns. I will continue to shop at this particular Kay's.

Worst experience ever ...... We entered the shop and waited for atleast 10 mins hoping to find someone to help us out but to our surprise no one came. One of the employee was just sitting and talking with someone else.
