Got my wedding band there. 💜💜💜💜

At this point, I don’t trust the quality of this jewelry. My stone broke, and they said the stones were “fragile”, however, they took no responsibility, so I was out several hundred dollars! Then after waiting several months and finally getting the ring back, it was so small that it wouldn’t go on my finger. Keep in mind that I have not gained any weight to prevent my ring from fitting. Honestly, it seems they lost my ring. The sales manager seemed to be clueless regarding their policies and even who her manager is. She refused to give me his contact information and said he would call me. That’s been several days ago and I have yet to hear from him. I would avoid this place. If you have any problems at all, it may take several months to get it resolved and the employees their are clueless. They have to try to someone in HI for the most simple questions. Take my advice and go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of time and heartache! At this point, I am still waiting to get my ring and management hadn’t even bothered to contact me. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
