Nice helpful staff, the inventory seems pretty picked over though. I wouldn't make a separate trip, but worth a stop if convenient

Was able to return a gift w/o receipt for credit. Manager was super knowledgeable and helpful

I visited the Fossil Outlet yesterday with my three year old daughter to get a watch repaired. As you can imagine, its always a little harder to get anything done with a three year old. The lady that helped us, I believe her name was Andrea was not only very helpful to me but was GREAT at engaging my daughter. I really appreciated that and appreciate Fossil hiring people that bring that level of customer service and engagement. I will definitely continue to buy this brand and will certainly come back to this store.

Weak selection and barren shelves make this replacement for the National Harbor full-price Fossil store quite the disappointment. On the upside, with combined discounts, you can get crazy bargains on watches if you don't care that they're basically the watches that no one else wants.
