One of the worst organized service I have ever seen. Not taken care of, you eventually wait at the desk but all of a sudden the person taking care of you leaves and chats with her friends...just awful

Go to Tysons Corner store. Much more organized.

This was a terrible unfriendly experience that lasted under 1 minute. I brought in a pandora ring my boyfriend had just bought me that was a half size too big. I show the two sales associates the ring and say "would you have this ring in a size 5.5 that I could try on?" And consider the response from TWO women who glanced at the ring: "we don't have that ring, you have to go to the ____ store". Note the blank space in that sentence, because the sales lady was mumbling and was walking away from me, not even looking in my direction, and I couldn't understand her. I am extremely disappointed with the service here, and I will never come back to this location nor recommend it to anyone else.
