Great place for cheap jewelry, and accessories. Their stuff isn't going to be the best quality, but you can get a lot of nice looking stuff for your money.

I used to absolutely ADORE this place, however my most recent experience changed my mind. Jewelry is nice, sparkly, and affordable but the customer service was THE WORST EVER! I got a voicemail from JENNA saying they left a ring out of my bag and a week later I drove back up to Norfolk to get it only to find out they didn't have it anymore. I waited in line for more than twenty minutes with a 2 year old so they could look up my most recent purchase and refund it to me only to tell me it was back in August. I go there once a month but you're calling me about something in August. Something's fishy??? I completely understand computer error but all of the ladies were rude and impatient. I calmly explained how none of this was my fault and I just left. No resolution. Worst experience ever! Love the place but definitely will NEVER shop there again!
