Chris is the man! My brother was looking for a wedding ring and I went along with our two other brothers as support to help him on his big and important purchase. We went to every jewelry store in the mall and almost didn't go into Reeds. Funny enough we only went there because a sales person at a different jewelry store said "you don't want to go to Reeds". I understand now why he didn't want us going there. I think it's because of Chris. HE IS AWESOME!! Very professional, funny and a pleasure to deal with. He made the experience a really good one and it's no surprise this spot has such a high rating. His approach is a no pressure, friendly, informative one which really makes the whole process much easier. If you are in the market for jewelry just save yourself some time and go see my man Chris. You won't regret it.

My fiancee and I decided to stop into Reeds after leaving another big box jeweler in the mall looking for wedding rings. We were immediately welcomed by Chris who showed us their collection of rings. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. I could immediately tell my fiancée was a lot more comfortable after feeling pressured at the last store we visited. Chris helped her find a ring she fell in love with immediately. It turned out the price was higher than what was on the sticker but he still honored the original price. While there he also gave my fiancées engagement ring the best cleaning it’s ever received. It hasn’t shined this good since the day I bought it. I would absolutely recommend Reeds to anybody looking for jewelry, especially if Chris is there. Reeds will now be my first stop any time I am purchasing jewelry in the future.

If you come to this store, ask for Marissa! She is an incredible young lady. She is very helpful and is patient. Sadly, Google only allows up to 5 stars. I would easily give this store a 10/10. Keep on truckin' on!

Chris Meadowcroft is a God send to people who just want an honest and fair conversation about buying an engagement ring. Purchasing an engagement ring can seem like a daunting task. You feel like a goldfish in a pool of sharks that caught your scent of blood. My fiance and I walked to every jewelry store at potomac mills and nothing comes close to the pleasant experience that we had with Chris. He is so kind, not only that, his friendly nature is genuine and not a front. He completely understands what its like being on the other side of the counter and talks to you straight with honesty and respect. Thinking back on it, working with Chris was one of the smoothest parts of planning a wedding. My fiance and I went back to him to get our wedding bands made and once again the process and experience was so pleasant and genuine. I could talk on and on about how you need to talk to Chris before making any purchases for any type of jewelry and the second you started a conversation with Chris, you will feel the relief I and many other people had..... or just walk in and find out yourself!
