From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be fun! We were greeted with smiles and within a few minutes, were looking at options for my new mothers/grandmothers bracelet. When we determined that the 'usual charm bracelet' wouldn't do, we were given a few more options. One was just right! The staff happily assisted us and we soon had a custom order completed. The order arrived in time for my birthday...a surprise a few weeks early. My first comment to my husband is 'I'll never take this off....it's the most beautiful bracelet I've ever seen! I got excellent information about the jewelry that I took in. I also was amazed at the way my earrings looked after being polished and repaired. All at a very reasonable price. And I had to make myself leave the store because they have so many beautiful and interesting gifts!

What a FANTASTIC experience and store. I needed the stone in my West Point class ring replaced. I'd had a star sapphire, and it had chipped. The jeweler put in a stone which was beautiful, and I took my ring home. The more that I looked at it, however, the less I liked it. The new stone had a beautiful star, but it sat lower than my previous stone. I decided to take my ring back and see if I could get another stone put in. The jeweler ordered three more stones, and let me look at each and pick the new replacement stone. I picked it, they installed it, and I love my ring more than ever. All this and at no additional cost. Every time we went in, my wife and I felt like we were their most important customers and all they wanted to do was to make us happy! I will definitely continue to shop Ketterman's for any of my my or my wife's jewelry needs!!

I can't say enough about the excellent service and personal attention I received at Ketterman's. They have customized several pieces for me and helped me surprise my wife multiple times. Their expert advice and quality products have served me well for over 20 years in providing specialized gifts that fit the recipient. They have gone out of their way to ensure absolute perfection and satisfaction with their products and service every time. As I watch them care for other customers while waiting or shopping, I witness the same level of customer service and attention to detail whether a first time or long time customer. They are my one and only jewelry store!

Needed a ring engraved for a funeral. They welcomed the opportunity to engrave the ring and very compassionate during the visit. The custom engraving was exactly as requested. The price was very reasonable.
