I had a wonderful experience at AQ Jewelers working with Stephanie. I had 2 custom pieces made from old jewelry that I no longer wore. I told Stephanie the concept I was looking for and she came up with the most brilliant designs and the pieces came out absolutely beautiful. She also had both pieces completed before the date we set. Her experience, expertise and professionalism are top notch. I get so many compliments on my pieces. What a wonderful experience!!

I went to AQ Jewelers to have a ring sized that my late grandmother had given me when I was only 12 years old. Needless to say it had a lot of sentimental value and was well loved. I was told it would be completed it 2 weeks but I had my ring back in 5 days. Stephanie did a great job and it shines like it did 30 years ago! Stephanie was such a pleasure doing business with, that I went back twice in the same week to purchase a beautiful diamond and sapphire band that she designed and then 2 additional diamond bands to complete my vision/set. Each time I visited the store Stephanie took the time to answer all of my questions, plus some and then she shared some of her most memorable moments since opening the store. I probably took up an hour of her time each visit. Instead of treating me like some random customer, she treated me like an old friend. Stephanie you are sweet, kind, and fair. I will never buy another ring anywhere else again!

I had put off getting my engagement ring resized for over a year, but after reading AQ's glowing reviews, I decided to check it out. Stephanie was amazing! She pointed out some weak points in my ring's design that would probably break during the resizing process because of the large change (9 down to a 7), and explained exactly how she planned to address such issues. The consultation took about 10 minutes, and in less than a week I had my ring back. It looked better than the day it was gifted to me! It sparkled like I've never seen before, the band was smoother, and she reinforced some of the problem areas so it will continue to last. Despite my initial concern that it would be too small to slide over my knuckle, it fit perfectly! I'm so glad it no longer spins around or falls off my hand. I couldn't be any happier. With all her experience, attention to detail, and genuine love of her craft, you can be sure your jewelry is in good hands with AQ Jewelers!
