Staff was very friendly and attentive. Only bought a strap this visit but will likely be going here for future purchases.

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING THIS STORE: If you want to save money on your purchase, buy your watch online. Do NOT buy your watch here. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came here to buy a limited edition watch. The retail price was $295. I asked the store manager FIVE times if there was any type of coupon or discount that would apply to this watch. She LIED to my face each time. She said, "There aren't any coupons that apply, and even if they did, they would not apply to this watch." So, I buy the watch. I end up getting a "welcome to the family" email from Fossil giving me a 25% Off Coupon for any purchase. JUST for signing up. I end up finding out that that coupon applied to my purchase, and the store manager lied to me about it. I go back into the store to request the price adjustment, or I would just return it and buy it online. After testing out the coupon and seeing that it actually worked, she proceeded to give me a million excuses as to why it still wouldn't apply. She said, "you get this coupon after you buy a watch, and it applies to your second purchase." WRONG. I had to correct her again, and explain that, "this coupon is for signing up with your website. Not for a second purchase." And AGAIN she proceeds to give me excuses and argue with me. Insanity. Eventually I had to tell her, "Just fix the price. I'm tired of all the excuses." I can handle an honest mistake, but what I can't handle is LIE after LIE after LIE. Fossil needs to do a better job of training their employees on how to handle customer service. If a discount applies, tell the customer when they ask you FIVE times for it. Otherwise, I'll be taking my business to other brands. Again, Fossil watches are nice, but if you want to save 25% on your purchase, don't buy it from here. Buy it online.

I have a wonderful experience at this lovely shop. The lady has been very tentative/awesome and there is quite a nice collection of watches to browse through. U also got a free engrave on your watch and a box! Definitely recommend if you need some good looking items for you or your friends without paying a hefty price.

This has to be the best fossil store I have been in, I wasn't going in expecting to buy anything but, I ended up leaving happier than when I came in and I got a beautiful sliver watch I had been wanting, the staff is great but Marc and Amir will make buying a watch 10x better and they're very helpful! I will most definitely be back🙌🏾☺
