Family owned great customer service with repairs and jewelry modification at reasonable prices. Wide range of inventory from scarves , bags, faux jewelry up to high end gold, gems and time pieces. The only jeweler for me in Aberdeen.

Stopped by with a question on a watch, that I wasn't able to get answered by the manufacturer. After a short inspection, and look at the problem. We agreed it must be an adhesive situation,.. And they suggested a repair glue. Not only did they show me said glue. Let me use it to repair it myself in minutes. (I enjoy fixing things : ) Not only will I recommend these folks. But I have a New Glue to add to my fix-it list. Thank You 🙂☺🤣

My husband had finally been able to get me a wedding ring before he passed. I didn't know until he was gone. It needed to be sized. I had heard wonderful things about them. They were even better. Took care of it in a short amount of time, and it wasn't expensive. I was a mess. They dealt with me in a caring but professional say. I can't say enough. I refer anyone needing jewelry ,gifts, or work done to go there.

Friendly staff. They made my exchange easy. I had to follow up a couple of times but I got my replacement without hassles.
