I bought a phone case there tonight that was filled with glitter and liquid for about $25 and after I drove 55 min home I realized that it had a leak and the girl did not give me a receipt (she was nice so I feel bad complaining about her don't want her to get in trouble), so now I'm hoping they will exchange it for one that doesn't leak liquid all over my daughter's expensive iPhone! Will post tomorrow to let everyone know if they let me exchange the faulty merchandise I was sold for one that is not.......

My wife took my two girls to get their ears pierced. Not only was the wait absurd, the person who did the piercing was absolutely unprofessional and had no idea how to deal with children, complaining that my 5 year old moved when she got her ear pierced (she's 5, What do you expect?), tried to explain that she shouldn't move before doing the second ear and when asked to hurry by my wife who was holding the kid still, the employee still managed to take a long time to do the piercing and still did the countdown. As a tip: if you're doing something painful to a kid, and you say on 3... never go on 3. Furthermore, Claire's informed my wife that they were requires to sell them ear piercing cleaning solution, at $20 a bottle, and were required to buy 3, one for each person who got pierced. That's $60 that we didn't expect, on top of the ridiculous price of earrings. They told her this after the piercings were done, leaving my wife with the options of causing a scene in front of two children already in pain and upset or shelling out an extra $60. The only saving grace was they gave a discount for the long wait, that bumped this review from a 1 star to a 2 star. This is unacceptable. A store that claims to be for little girls should know how to deal with children. We will not be returning.

This store sells accessories for children and teens. They have affordable ear piercing, and a large selection of ear rings. There's a lot of adorable things to buy here. When I was younger this was one of my favorite places.

I went in on a Tuesday around 4pm for an ear piercing. My sister and I were the only people in the store. When I told them what I was there for 3 employees argued right in front of us because for 2 of them "they weren't in the clock" yet they were in the store working and for the other 1 it was apparently almost time to get off work. We told them Nevermind and walked down to the piercing pagoda and they were more than happy to do it. They even looked like they were switchings shifts as well.

I'm not sure if the manager Rebecca was in a bad mood/ having a bad day but yesterday I went in to get my cartilage done and she was being rude towards my friend and I asked the price and she gave me a quote of 45$ on my pink slip I received on the paper the price said 36.99 when I checked out my total was 60.62 I didn't notice until I got home. That the original price was 36.99 plus the 3$ fee for piercing my cartilage. I went in the next day and was asking about it and she said yeah the total for the piercing was 48.00 and you bought the ear care solution for 12$ I was never aware that I had to pay $12 for solution nor did she ever tell me That i have to pay $12 extra. All she told me was that it came with the kit I receive after my piercing. As I'm talking to her and looking over my receipt she was giving me attitude saying how she said it was 12$. I never got my money back nor will I be going back to the capital mall Claire's. If you do go into Claire's for ear piercing I recommend asking all questions you may need to know. I had the worst customer service and I will be not going back anytime soon.
