Why has nothing been done about the horrible customer service in this place? I went with my teenage daughter we had 200 dl jacket 80 dl purse and two 20 dl t-shirts. We dropped everything at the front desk and walked out. I guess now a days one has to record people like the ones that work here in order to see changes.

Worst customer service ever!!! Tried shopping for my high school daughter with my 2 year old and they refused we entered the store to shop with my 2 year olds stroller. Mind you my 2 year old was sleeping and they insisted I take her out and hold on to all of our belongings (several retail bags filled with clothes, dipper bag, purse, etc.) in order to shop. Needless to say due to the lack of understanding of what it is to be a mother and need to shop with a stroller and terrible customer service received we will not be shopping at Guess here in Auburn ever again. This was one of the worst experiences ever. I felt horrible for my teenager as she was really looking forward to shopping at Guess!

Worst customer service! Don’t shop at this store. They don’t want your business.
