They are hands down the worst people to work with. My husband went in to get me a birthday gift. Due to my allergy to fake metals he went in looking for something inexpensive in silver. He was first off ignored for almost 20 mins while others where helped before him. When he was finally helped by Lily he explained what he was searching for. She treated him like a criminal when he asked to see one of the "sterling" lockets. She told him it was silver and currently 50% off. Excited he bought it and was at the time very happy. Sadly when it was given to me I knew Immediately it was not sterling. The locket was made of steel and only the chain was sterling. The chain itself looked like something you would get out of a quarter machine. When we returned it Lily was upset and didnt want to return it even though we had the receipt in hand. After explaining that is was not silver only the chain was and due to the treatment my husband received we didn't want anything else in that store we simply wanted our money back. She then tried telling me that thrre was supposed to have 2 small slips of paper in it and since there was only one she was going to "let it slide" but only once. I then told her, no ma'am there has been only one and this is why I am returning, I am being treated horribly, and will never be back. She continued to fight with me saying that it was silver when it was a complete lie. If you want to be treated with respect steer very clear of here. If you want to be treated like a criminal and with much disrespect 'you will find it at fred Myers! ' ask for Lily
