I went in to pay a bill which I didnt know I was late on and never recieved a statement in the mail for when it was due. I updated my mailing address a month prior and they still wouldnt tell me how much I owed. The clerk kept telling me to contact Genesis which is the bank they go through. I just wanted to find out how much I owe and pay it, not be told to call a third party and waste more time. Rate this kay Jewelers 1star or no stars with poor customer service/care.

Great customer service ! The manager made it for me to have my ring after I returned it because another location couldn't. Highly recommended, great customer service and friendly! Huge thank you to the manager for making it possible. Nothing like the federal way manager Tara White!

Answer your phone, I don't want to park and come into the mall to just know if my ring had been resized.

I was looking for a wedding band and wanna have a look of different metals in real life (Internet pictures just don't cut it). I am interested of a band made of Palladium. However, the sale person (a middle age lady) kept saying "You mean Platinum?". She was a little rude and have a little bad attitude. I may have some Asian accent, but I am pretty sure "Palladium" and "Platinum" sounds very different. In my opinion, that sale person is not very passionate of what she do...and she doesn't have enough knowledge to work at the front line. I mean Palladium wedding band is one of the hottest and popular metal since Ironman came out. I will never step into that store again!

I went in for an exchange but left with a full refund because the lady helping us was so rude.
