My fiance had gotten my engagement ring designed here and I had gone in for the first time to get the ring cleaned and serviced today. I was not that impressed with their customer service. When we asked for the GIA report, they couldn't find the certificate. We stood there for a good 10 minutes looking concerned since they were running around looking for the paperwork. We then asked if we can get the ring cleaned and we were told to come back after 1 hr to pick it up. After the hour, we came back, but they couldn't find the ring. They were looking for my ring under stacks of papers. Not to mention, the owner came out and asked me 2x if the ring he was showing me was mine. 10 minutes later, they said they found it and that it's still being cleaned and that we can come back in 20 minutes. In the end, I left to sit in the car because I didn't want to further show my face of disappointment at the level of customer service that they had there. I can tell they are super nice people, but the level of customer service they offer and the lack of organization they have is a big turn off for me as customer. Interesting to see that level of discourse at a Bellevue store. I expected much more. We will be buying our bands and getting the rings serviced elsewhere.

I used to come by once every 6 months/year for their free jewelry cleaning. It was very much appreciated, but the last few times I felt uncomfortable with it. I never did buy anything, so I am not an ideal customer. Anyway, one time I came in and in the office directly behind the counter, two older men were watching a porno video with the door open. It was really disturbing. I also had the experience like the another commenter years ago where they asked me if another ring was my ring. I truely hope the diamonds I trusted them with are the same I had from my engagement day. I plan to pay for this service elsewhere in the future.

My husband purchased my custom rings here around 6 years ago. He was very happy with the whole process of custom designing it and we both love how they turned out!! I’ve been coming in since then to clean them and they’re always super sparkly afterwards, just like new. Javid is always helpful and very kind. Recently I went in with a necklace that holds sweet memories to me, but was missing a few crystals. They fixed it nicely, with a quick turnaround time. Thank you:)

Wonderful family owned business. Fair honest, and a true artisan

Proceed with caution! I had spoken with Javid about getting a ring made that would be within my specified budget, using less expensive stones. He assured me that this could be done without issue. A week later, when the ring was supposed to be ready, he tells me that while my ring is ready, his 'supplier' (I thought he made/modified rings himself, apparently not) did not in fact use stones that could meet my budget, and instead the ring would cost over 50% more than my max price. He was aware that time was a factor, and I believe used this to his advantage to try to use a 'bait and switch' tactic to pressure me into buying this much more expensive ring. He said that I could buy the more expensive ring, and have a cheaper one made later, and then exchange it under the guise of 'needing to polish it'. This puts me in a position of deceiving the ring's recipient, on account of their supposed mistake. This entire interaction seemed very suspicious and disingenuous; I ended up walking and found a different ring elsewhere. Beware of their bait and switch tactics!
