Crowded overload of stuff nobody needs but apparently lots of girls want. Visually pink and purple overload. Kind of like cotton candy.

I bought a jewelry and wanted to return it just ONE HOUR later. When I bought it,the cashier did not tell me it was not refundable. However, she insisted that it cannot be returned anyway and I should come back to meet a store manager who was not there at that time. Two days later I came back to a store to meet a store manager. A store manager could not believe me and insisted to talk to the cashier who was not there at that time, and asked me to come back!!!. Their policy is "To pass the buck" and ridicules the customer. Never go there. They are the most creepiest and meanest!!

My wife purchased a number of items therre, including a necklace our daughter was going to wear that evening. As soon as we removed it from the packaging at home, it broke. When she went to exchange it she was told there were no refunds or exchanges. They were rude in the manner of refusing and there was no manager or supervisor available appeal to. With multiple phone calls and store visits, they finally agreed to exchange it.
