When I called Turgeon-Raine Jewellers, I had no idea what to expect... only that there were positive reviews indicating they would be honest and fair. It was a leap of faith to order a wedding ring sight unseen. Cindy was more than fair and honest. She was patient. She followed through. She kept every promise. She displayed genuine excitement when our wedding ring was finished with its customization. I had the ring independently appraised after we received it and it met our expectations. However, the GIA certified appraiser went on to point out a level of quality not often seen from many retaiiers. The 'girdle' was faceted which is often overlooked. We were told it was an excellent diamond and well displayed in its setting. We chose platinum over 18k gold and it was confirmed to be a wise decision. We couldn't be happier... Thank you Cindy!

Working with Turgeon Raine has been a very gratifying experience. The store is very pleasant inside, and the jewelry is beautifully displayed. The staff are knowledge and friendly, and they consistently treat me as if I were their only client. They are willing to spend a significant amount of time with me to ensure that I am buying exactly what I want. Among other purchases, I have had two diamonds reset: the choice of settings is extensive, and the resulting rings were even more lovely than I had expected. I cannot recommend Turgeon Raine highly enough. Barbara B

Elegant jewelry store with an outstanding staff. I purchased my wife's birthday present from TR this year - Carla and Stephen were professional, engaging and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and would recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for quality jewelry.

The staff are amazingly helpful and worked thoughtfully to help us realize our goal. We created a meaningful gift for our daughter and their staff helped it to happen. Thanks again for your efforts,

I/we bought a gorgeous and unique ring for my wedding band in 2003. I have never seen anything so unique and receive many compliments. I have since developed bad arthritis and the jeweler has gladly deep cleaned, refurbished and most recently was able to upsize with out disturbing the beautiful circumferential design at an affordable added cost. My husbands wedding band is equally unique and without any issues. TR has provided wonderful service including shipping to my home many states away. Would recommend the jeweler and jewelry store to anyone looking for quality work
