LOVE this place! I wanted a custom diamond ring that would have my cat's face in it -- but hidden so that nobody else except me would be able to see it unless I pointed it out (I'm not keen to be known as a cat lady just yet -- I almost went down that road when I got a cat stroller, but luckily, I came to my senses and returned it the next day). The designer is a genius!!! Their customer service is superior, and every single person that works there is awesome and super friendly. They also have a service where you can come in and have their outside appraiser give you an appraisal and it is reasonably priced, quick, and done very well.

I initially went to Green Lake Jewelry for a custom engagement ring. The designer worked with my on my price range and some examples of the style I was going for. My fiancee absolutely loves her ring!! Needless to say we went with them for the wedding rings (which turned out awesome) and for ring resizing, old jewelry fixing, etc... Our designer, Chelsea, was fantastic and her help in the design stage was awesome. I highly recommend going with GLJ, they are great to work with!

Jamie was a delight to work with. She really knows her stuff. We worked together to create this piece as part of a Leadership journey I'm on. She listened to what I wanted and helped me refine the idea as well as deliver it at a cost that was in my price range. It is simply stunning. The "V" stand for Virago and the multiple colored gemstones represent diversity and inclusion for everyone.

We went there with only a general idea of what we were looking for in an engagement ring. With Ashley Y's patience and help, we were able to design an amazing ring that my fiance loves! Fantastic all around experience and I highly recommend Green Lake Jewelry for designing unique, beautiful pieces like our ring.

I had a 20th Anniversary Ring created by Chelsea. She did a great job. I was very impressed that its was all done without me even entering the store. The remote design page makes the process from start to finish seamless. Kudos for all involved.
