As a Washington State licensed piercer, I feel it’s important to educate yourself when choosing to put a hole in your body. The risks and experiences associated with getting pierced vary for each individual. Whether piercing with a needle or instrument, experiences and reactions can range from good to bad. The piercing instruments used at Piercing Pagoda are not a porous material, and can be sanitized using the same wipes that are used in hospitals. (Think large hospital items that cannot be placed in autoclave. They can still be sanitized with the proper materials) Piercing instruments should never come in contact with the person getting pierced. The earring and cartridge that are placed into the instrument are what touches the individual getting pierced, and cannot be reused. The earring itself is a sharply pointed, 20 gauge needled post that pierces the ear. Most piercings done with an instrument do not produce blood. However, most professional piercers that use instruments, have a stock of new instruments to use upon retirement of another, or if such incident were to occur. All piercers at Piercing Pagoda are required to go through extensive training upon hire, and are WA STATE LICENSED piercers. All team members must also be recertified annually. As a mother, and someone who has pierced their own child (and many other babies) I would highly recommend Piercing Pagoda for their knowledgeable and friendly associates, as well as their superb selection of piercing earrings, ranging from titanium to 14 karat gold. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they are committed to giving a positive, fun, piercing experience! **The most important factors when getting pierced are the person piercing you, and the material you choose to put into your body. Research, educate yourself, and TALK TO YOUR PIERCER about what’s right for you!

I really like the jewelry at this place but their customer service is very poor. The women who work there seem to have attitude and tend to roll their eyes and sigh whenever help is needed. Very dissapointed in their service. I was going to purchase something a while ago but their customer service led me to leave.

I purchased a silver bracelet for $100.00 that broke after 2 months. I took it back to the store and they said since I did not purchase a service contract there was nothing they could do for me. Their website says their products have a 90 warranty. They did not offer to repair or replace it. I called the main office number and they said the same.... They could have easily worked with me and provided something as now I have a $100.00 bracelet that is useless. :-(

Amazing service from Lacey! She pierced my doubles on my ear lobes tonight for my birthday and she was so awesome. She made sure I had everything I needed to keep my ears clean and was super knowledgeable and made my experience so fun!

Customer service is terrible. I called to ask questions about a piercing that I had done at one of piercing pagodas other locations. I spoke with the manager at the alderwood location. She was very rude and was hesitant to answering my questions. I read reviews about a really good piercer there and asked when she was going to be working. She said not today and I asked what day she was going to be there. She said not at all this week and so inproceeded to ask about the following week. And then she goes..... “I haven’t made the schedule for next week so I don’t know.” What company gives their employee schedule out less than a week in advance?!?! Needless to say I will not go to this location because it is run by someone that has terrible customer service!
