I bought an expensive religious pendant from them a few weeks ago and after a few days it breaks. I show up and ask them how much for the repair. They would not tell me at first but after much browbeating they revealed it would be $100! The experience was very infuriating as it had only been days since I purchased the pendant from them. Will never buy from them again.Buyer Beware!

Service sucks. The 15 times I've been here, I've been ignored for minimum 10 minutes after walking in. No exaggeration. My rings beautiful, and paying cash saved us over a grand... therefore two stars. But it took multiple attempts before my ring was ready- they forgot to resize it the first time, they made it too small the second, and my husband had trouble picking it up initially. All together it took almost two weeeks from time of purchase to get the finished product.. when we were told alterations take one to two days... They are unorganized and unprofessional.

Felt very pressured. Good selection, ok prices, but the staff could be a little less rehearsed.

I had a broken watch and after searching multiple places with people turning away, I stopped here and they had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. The people working here seriously made my day!
