I work in customer service so my standards are pretty high, and I have to say that every time I go in it's fantastic. They sold me what I wanted, did not try to upsale me, and today with the crazy wind and rain their kind security guard came out with an umbrella for me. Perry was our fantastic specialist, he found matching wedding rings for my soon to be husband and I, and was able to quell my fears about whether being able to wear white gold or not.

Very friendly and helpful. Was helped immediately when I walked in. I wasn't treated like second rate even though I don't dress like a million dollars, was still treated like a million dollars and was able to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiance.

Perry is extremely helpful and this location has a great selection of rings to see. I highly recommend Ben Bridge.

The jewelry is unique and the service is excellent, there is a wide selection if your in the market for something different. The quality of the jewelry has been outstanding with no issues with any piece purchased so far. I just wish they would have a sale so I could save a few dollars.
