The best jewelry store in the Seattle-Tacoma area hands down. This is a family owned and operated business. They take pride in pleasing their customers even if you are at their store just to browse. From the moment my wife and I walked in to get several rings resized and purchase a precious stone for one of the ring, until we picked them all up less than a week later, the staff took a genuine interest in what we wanted. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase something more expensive than what we desired. One post in my diamond ring had a loose post and it was pointed out and I authorized the repair of the ring. And, the quality of the workmanship is second to none. I highly recommend Carlson Brothers Jewelry to anyone who is looking for jewelry or repairs. Their “no pressure”concept is great — they listen to the customer’s desires completely. If we were a young couple looking for a promise ring, an engagement or wedding ring or a bracelet or a watch, the place to go is simple - to Carlson’s — you will witness what we have- superior service and 75 years knowledge of the best technical jewelry expertise.
