I usually do not write reviews, but feel that I need to after the experience that I had. The staff was unknowledgeable, could not give me an estimate, kept trying to talk me into things I did not want or need and at the end of it all did a terrible job. I needed a ring to be re-rounded after it had been bent. Not only did it take a week longer than they said it would and no one called me back when they said they would, but the ring does not fit anymore (when it was the right size before) and its edges are sharp. I will need to take it somewhere else to get it fixed before I will be able to wear it again after paying a good deal of money for a 'repair'. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you need to have a ring repaired.

Bought my wife a ring from the Columbia Center Mall location and the ring did not fit so she went to return it. We were told that because we paid with debit, and that's like cash it would take 21 days for us to receive a refund check in the mail. As you might have guessed, we were fairly frustrated with that answer, since they took our money right away and they would not give it back to us right away. Kathy the manager did try and call her manager, Steve from the corporate office, only to be told that they could give us 200 dollars back cash, but the rest would have to be a check. I asked if they had explained this policy to my husband when he purchased the item, or to any customers that pay cash or debit, which the manager said they probably had not done. I asked why with all the other postings they have around the store about their return policies, this was not on any of the signage. She didn't know. I also called customer service to express my frustration about them not refunding my money and she explained that she would expedite my refund, which meant we would get it back in 7 days not 21. She also let me know that although they do not tell anyone or post anything about this to their customers, it is on the bottom of the receipts. Which as you might have guessed is super helpful AFTER you have purchased the item, because then you are in the same boat I am and you won't get your money back for 21 days, because in order to get a receipt, you would have already had to make the purchase! I did let Lori at customer service know that I thought it was poor customer service to not refund my money, but great business because they aren't charged from the credit card companies, to process cash/debit card purchases, but Ben Bridge also makes interest on the money they received from us silly cash payers, because they get to hold our money for 21 days.
