If you have never experience the joy of working with a hometown and very personal jeweler you have never been to Comstock Jewelry!! They are amazing! They not only had a very beautiful selection of one of a kind settings but they also had a jeweler on site who was able to set my stone the same day!! They have earned our business for life!! I came in on Christmas Eve for a last-minute gift for my wife. Store, which is normally closed on Sundays, was open for husbands just like me :-) Brian was excellent, he took the time to steam the ring and professionally wrap it and my wife loved it. They are also sizing it for me at no additional charge which is awesome. I’ll be sure to start all of my future jewelry buying experiences at Comstock jewelers!

Great experience! Worked with Jacob to find an engagement ring. I had been in the store before with my fiancé, and he took notes on styles she liked and also her size. He still had all those notes available. He explained everything I would need to know about diamonds to make choosing easier. I will go back there for my next jewelry purchase.

Erin was very helpful finding my custom pendant prior to Christmas and was just as excited for me giving this as a gift to my sweetheart!! I made a mistake on the chain length when ordering it so I had to return after the holidays to have it customized and after hearing I had a date at Salish Lodge for brunch the very next day, Erin went out of her way to make sure I could pick up the chain after alterations the following day allowing my gal the ability to wear this on, once again, a very special day for my gal and I. It is refreshing to see someone that has been in this business this long still caring about what is going on within the lives of their customers!! Thanks Erin, even my gal said WOW, Excellent customer service!! Erin is a great example to my gal and I who will be opening a new high end hair, nail & spa salon in Issaquah late 2018 reminding us to ALWAYS put in the extra effort to make someone feel special. You will find doing business with Comstock Jewelers unlike most retail business meaning family owned and operated with passion for over 40 years proves that passion leads to sucess!!
