Damned if I'm ever going back there. I picked up a shirt that was $18 after all the discounts, and the machine rang it up for $19. I very politely asked the cashier "shouldnt it be 18?" I did not make a scene, and was very quiet and polite. Mainly I was just curious if I had misunderstood the discounts. The cashier was a trainee and wasnt sure what to do but next to her was her trainer or possibly manager, who obviously heard our conversation. It took only about 30 secs for the manager/trainer to figure out that it was indeed $18. I happily paid for my shirt. As I was leaving though, I turned around and the manager/trainer was clearly mouthing the words “one dollar” to the cashier with a condescending and ridiculous look on her face and laughing... That made me so pissed off and speechless... To the point where I wanted to go confront her but wouldn't even know what to say... Why did she think that I should've paid that dollar for the systems error? Why was I made fun of for paying the right amount? How did I deserve any ill will when I was polite and didn't cause a scene and was simply pointing out that their system made a mistake? So yea, I am definitely never setting foot in that store ever again.

I had such a great experience here over the weekend. The customer service was great throughout the entire store. The girl in the dressing room, Maria (I think that's what she said her name was), went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit!

I bought a bottle from them, I thought it's for hot water but I found its for cold drinks only and when I told them I want to return it they rejected my request, they made me feel that their item has poor quality and they just want to get rid of it, and they don't want to return it because they know it so hard to sell it again.

Accessory store had 2 employees with 3 customers. Not greeted on arrival & no offer of assistance. The 2 sales associates stood chatting at the counter the whole time ignoring the customers. I went elsewhere for my purchase.
