If you are wanting to look or you are determined to buy... I recommend going to Sam Dial in Pullman. Prices are on point, they have options of quantity or quality, and they have shown the best service I have experienced. Between knowledge of the sale and material, to the friendly chatter... I choose this location for all my needs. As any location, prior knowledge of what you are looking for helps them find you that perfect something. Thanks guys. Always appreciated.

Everyone at Sam Dial Jewelers is exceptionally gifted. Friendly , helpful, full of ideas and polite. I have had two custom rings designed there that no one else would help me with. If you have an idea for a ring but don't know exactly how to reach your goal ,go to Sam.

I can't say enough good things about Sam Dial Jewelers! Always professional and courteous. They have worked on several pieces of jewelry for me including a hand crafted, sterling silver, safety pin-charm holder that is my most favorite piece of jewelry I have ever owned. Sam, Ann, all the staff really know their stuff!

We just had a watch battery replaced. $14.50 for that service by the way. For such a small thing their service was not less than for a much more expensive request. The staff here will treat you with respect and will do their best in solving problems that arise with your jewelry. These individuals really are the best in the region!
