Iris was absolutely amazing! She helped me get exactly what I wanted. I only had to wait two days for my ring and the moment it was done I received a text message! Thank you to all at the Jewelry Design Center for making my purchase and experience a great one!

I would highly recommend Jewelry Design Center and particularly Kevin. From my first visit to picking up my finished ring, he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful and listened to all my ideas and restrictions. He never tried to oversell anything and stayed in communication throughout the process. He went above and beyond to meet our deadline! I love my ring and it was exactly as I expected.

We had a great experience with Kevin. We went in to purchase my wife Mary's wedding ring that I had promised her. Kevin took very good care of us and all though we had a little issue at first with the ring we choose they made sure we were leaving happy with our purchase. We even got a call from one of the owners who called both me and my wife to assure us that the ring we chose would be perfect and to my wife's liking. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. We could not be any happier with Jewelry Design Center and they have earned our trust. They will always be our go to Jewelry Store from here on, we will not go anywhere else. We HIGHLY recommend them and all there professional staff. Oh and the great lesson from Kevin on understanding the different type of Diamonds, very knowledgeable. Again thank you for everything. We'll be seeing you guy's soon.

Outstanding customer service with attention to detail and a tremendous selection of in-stock, high-quality jewelry. Their prices are very reasonable, and Tara was exceptional to deal with. No pressure, good communication and follow-up. The entire staff was very pleasant and attentive, but provided no pressure to buy something I wasn't ready for or interested in. I left the store without purchasing anything and they were still awesome. Called Tara 2 days later and she worked with me both over the phone and via email. Ended up getting exactly what I wanted in short order, and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Tara and JDC.

I worked with Kevin Mclure. He did an outstanding job. Never pressured me and asked me exactly what we wanted and always made me feel confident that I was picking the right engagement ring. They were quick to get my ring done in time, I only gave them two days and it was done in a day and a half or less. Awesome warranty and return policy if needed. I recommend this place for anyone shopping for quality jewelry and amazing customer service! Thank you JDC and Kevin! 🙌
