Exceptionally disappointing! I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. We were lied to when purchasing extended warranty...10 years later, “we don’t cover that & we never have.” Conveniently, we can’t find any record of where we’ve done that for you in the past...

Worst customer service amd handling of an account than I have ever dealt with in my life...everything that was promised and told to me was a lie. Also be prepared that kay jewlers can switch who deals with there accounts anytime they choose which can change your interest rate, monthly payments and everything to do with your account as long as they send you a letter in the mail! And the only way to opt out of the new way of things is to pay your balance in full! I will never come to this terrible place again. Company built on lies.

We had a great initial experience when we purchased our wedding bands in 2013. Since then the customer service has gone down hill so much. We live in Ellensburg and I would rather drive a half hour + to a different store for better customer service.

I don’t recommend this place for rings. The only ring I have from them constantly loses diamonds and I work at a desk job all day. The multiple rings I have from Morgan’s have never once lost a diamond.

We went in yesterday to purchase our wedding bands. Customer service was awesome in the store. We purchased both our wedding bands and left happily. When we got home we noticed we didn't receive a receipt for my fiancé's ring. So I called back the next morning to ask for my receipt. The lady who answered wasn't helpful. She stated the person who rang us up might have put our rings under a different name? This is scary because since your purchasing diamonds and gold at a very expensive price!! This is absolutely unacceptable. Very unhappy with our experience and our treatment after.
