Normally the staff is very helpful. Now that they and Leroys are all part of the same company I usually have them clean all my rings and check them. This past weekend however I went looking for a new ring for Christmas. the gentleman I usually work with was busy (as it is the Christmas season) so I let the first guy that walked up help me. I made the mistake of starting with the expensive Leo Diamonds, so when I told him I wasn't looking to spend quite that much he handed me a catalog instead of showing what else he had in the store. Kay's loss. WE ended up buying from Littman's in Huntington instead. He may have thought I wasn't worth his time and energy but he missed out.

This Kay's has the worst personel highly rude and dishonest ! I bought a 500$ ring and within first two weeks it broke and luckily I bought the warranty they replaced it 1st time. The second time it turned black and the want me to pay 200$ more to replace it ??? Who does this crooked business? Dishonest I will not recommend them EVER!!! Go to McCormicks in kanawha city. They are privately owned and I've Never had a problem in 14 yrs honest people.
