Terrible staff. I stood there for at least ten minutes without being acknowledged. I finally approached a worker and he said hold on a minute while he messed around with the computer and played on his phone. They took forever to finally help me, and they ended up trying to sell me a dirty, crusty, tarnished ring. They tried to polish it to get it "back to normal," but they were highly unsuccessful. Painful visit. Wasted 45 minutes of my day.
